Upon completion of our Installations, our unique FirstQ Support programme will come into effect. To complement the warranty period a dedicated engineer will provide personalised support for the first three months.

- Manages and tracks any outstanding issues with the installation post handover
- Efficiently processes any faults or failures that may occur in these first 3 months
- Conducts training
- Provides meeting support at discounted rates
