Upon completion of our Installations, our unique FirstQ Support programme will come into effect. To complement the warranty period a dedicated engineer will provide personalised support for the first three months. 

This includes:

  • First point of contact during the FirstQ period
  • Manages and tracks any outstanding issues with the installation post handover
  • Efficiently processes any faults or failures that may occur in these first 3 months
  • Conducts training
  • Provides meeting support at discounted rates

This programme ensures you have maximum benefit of your presentation facilities from day one.
