The TANDBERG now part of Cisco Accredited Service Partner (ASP) certification program ensures customers receive the highest quality of customer service and support from their partners who have achieved ASP status.

Partners undergo a stringent accreditation process. This includes an on site audit to ascertain the partners standards of call handling, call logging systems, service management, call escalation procedures, service technical helpdesk, on-site capabilities, technical expertise and overall company infrastructure.
